GymExpress provides private 1-on-1 training, semi-private training (2-5 people), or group training (6-20 people). All programs are available both indoors or outdoors, weather-permitting. We will work with you to ensure your safety and well-being no matter what your age or fitness level. GymExpress trainers train anyone and we're always there for you to lead you on your fitness journey.
With GymExpress, there is no ongoing pricing commitment but rather pay-as-you-go programs exclusively. There are no hidden fees and all pricing is upfront and transparent. Session packages are value driven; the more you purchase the less the per session rate. So whether you are looking to train once a week or five days a week, we have a program designed for you!

All sales are final. All session packages are pre-paid. All clients must be present during semi-private sessions. 24 hour cancellation policy applies for all appointments. All sessions expire 90 days from date of purchase with the exception of the 50 and 100 packages (6 month expirations). Pricing effective January 1, 2025
